My approach to design is rooted in curiosity, openness and a drive to understand people and systems. I enjoy working visually to turn thoughts into something to see, talk about and build on.

As a service designer, I have the responsibility for designing how the service should be experienced. This means to understand how people experience things, be able to describe and specify experiences, and to convert this into journeys, touchpoints, platforms, processes and organisations. 

The user and stakeholder are always the main focus, because I believe the best solutions come from meeting real needs. I’m passionate about creating meaningful and inclusive change.
